Thank you for purchasing an Electroconcept product.
Read this guide carefully before using the DMX_HF_V4_RGBW in OEM version.
Liability:
Under no circumstances can Electroconcept be held responsible for any damage of any nature whatsoever, including loss of business, destruction of consumables (cassettes, disks, CDs, Led Strip) or any other financial losses resulting from the use or inability to use your equipment. Furthermore, Electroconcept cannot be held responsible for damage due to improper use of this product.
Warranty:
Electroconcept products are guaranteed for 2 years by the manufacturer (electronics). The equipment must be returned postage paid (at the customer’s expense). Any postage due will be refused. The equipment must be in its original packaging. The return of the equipment will then be at our expense.
Excluded from the warranty benefits: damage caused by the fault, negligence, lack of maintenance of the user (broken, burnt, heated, wet, sanded devices, etc.), devices already installed whose failure would come from improper installation or use by the user.
In the case of DMX_HF_V4_RGBW, this product was tested before being sent. Wiring errors during installation exclude the benefit of the warranty.
The modification of your products is at the risk and peril of the installer.
